Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared in our atelier in Paris. Each piece is made-to-order. Production time: 1 to 2 weeks.
We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL or Chronopost. Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Customs duties may apply according to local regulations.They remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping fees vary by destination.You will be informed of the amount before payment.
Orders are requested through our form. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email and a secure payment link. A tracking number is sent once the order is shipped.
Please note that the order is only confirmed and production begins once payment is received. If payment is not completed within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags.
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Oniri.
Returns for non-faulty items are at the customer’s expense.Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Sale items and final sale items cannot be returned.Made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Inspection time: up to 7 days.Refunds: 7–10 business days after approval.
