Orders are prepared in our atelier in Paris. Each piece is made-to-order. Production time: 1 to 2 weeks.
We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL or Chronopost. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, based on your location.
Customs duties may apply according to local regulations.They remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping fees vary by destination.You will be informed of the amount before payment.
Orders are requested through our form. Payment is completed securely via Stripe immediately after submitting the form. A tracking number is sent once the order is shipped.
Made-to-order items are created individually.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags.
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Oniri.
Returns for non-faulty items are at the customer’s expense.Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Sale items and final sale items cannot be returned.Made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Inspection time: up to 7 days.Refunds: 7–10 business days after approval.
